If you have a county court possession order ready to enforce with express permission allowing transfer to the High Court, then this is the service for you. Our complete residential repossession package takes care of transferring your possession order from the county court to the High Court, as well as carrying out your eviction in strict compliance with the law and all prevailing Regulations. To check that you have an Order in the correct form please contact us BEFORE you pay for our service. You can scan a copy of your possession order to us so we can check it for you.
Once we have transferred your Possession Order and obtained a High Court Writ of Possession, we will serve a Notice of Eviction on your tenant and other occupiers at the address. We will book your eviction in on a date that suits your diary and so that you have agents on hand ready to take possession back of the property. This can be immediately after the time in the Notice of Eviction has expired – i.e. on Day 15 after service of the Notice.
